Haha, yeah. They’ve made movies out of less, but I still can’t believe they’re making a Rampage movie. At best it’ll be a big dumb summer monster/disaster movie.

On paper, a cyberpunk Fahrenheit 451 starring Michael B. Jordan sounds great, but something about the directorial style in the trailer feels sorta generic? Like they're trying to hit the exact same tone/angst that other stock near-future dystopia cyberpunk movies have already hit? There's more than one way to do cyberpunk. The genre doesn't have to be a box.

It may just be the trailer, though! I'm hopeful.
