Title: Doodle Someone Else's Post!
Post by: sgore on December 02, 2010, 02:12:35 pm
Been thinking about making this topic for a while; in part because an illustrated message board would be awesome, and it part because I can't help certain images from popping into my head whenever I read other people's posts.

Basically the rules of this thread are simple:

-If you see a post you feel is worthy of an illustration, make one and put it here. (and mind you, it can be from ANY section. Everything else, RP, etc...)

-Provide some kind of link back to the source, preferably in an easily accessible yet unobtrusive way. (Hyper-linking it under the image to say something like "source," or even through the image itself would be perfectly reasonable. If you can include the screenname of the originator that would be great too.)

-Messaging the person in question to tell them that you've illustrated their post is optional, I suppose, but doing it definitely makes things more fun. It also makes it possible for them to edit their post and include a link to the illustration...if they, you know, wanted to and stuff...just saying they could...

To start things off:

I swear, I couldn't not read it that way.

Oh relax Doc.

I wouldn't seriously say you rape cod-fish.

Anyway.

I'll have to scour the board to find a special post to draw something special about it.

I suggest you do the same, reader.
THAT'S RIGHT, ALAN.

I know your name might not be alan, but if there's someone on this board who's name is alan he will be finding his breakfast in his trousers by now.

Either Gec forgot a comma, or has come up with the best character in forum history.

Results Flisch has refashioned his hat into a five piece suit and used the leftover material to make a machine that makes hats.

I have never read a book that you have posted the topic. But I have heard too that the book is a rather dangerous. The mention or persuade a person to fall in the wrong teachings or doctrines of Arts and fairly unreasonable. ::)

I'd love to participate, but international shipping is prohibitively expensive for me at the moment.

Clearly you know nothing of my country.

Also Celdur doesn't know where I live :y

And neither of you are made out of blue lines either, I suppose.

Damn. Can't get anything right today...

In any case, I apologize for making assumptions about the general elevation of your geographic location. It is a bad habit of mine.

No no, the blue lines are accurate. We're below sea level after all.

And who names a photo booth "curiosity?" Maybe I should call this NASA company and get a refund.
