Perhaps you should try Googling for the solution, it might be faster than asking it here.
Either way, the masses on the interweb believe that your problem lies in either: A) A faulty DVD Drive. Or  B) A worn out eye, or the thing that reads the disks and whatnot.
After around 10 minutes of researching this, I'd say you have to send it in for repairs.
I could be wrong though...

Solution: Wrap it in towels and leave it on and next to a heater turned up high until you get a Red Ring of Death. All repairs will now be free.

Don't do this.

That will just give you two problems.

Actually...well...I dunno. Maybe consider it.

Meh, my warranty has expired last year and my repairs are still free. Perhaps it's because of my monthly calls :-\
Damn you first load of X360's >:(

Of course it will give you 2 problems one of which is the red ring of death (which means all repairs are free)

Even if they were to only fix the RROD getting it fixed gives you another warrenty so you can get any additional problems fixed.

Except for that classifying as fraud, I see nothing wrong with it. Oh wait...

Having a console break is a foreign concept to me.  Something to be said for the solid state and minimal moving parts of consoles from yesteryear.  Now we got storage, spinning disks, red lights, green lights and patches.
