No although i should, I have heard people say its vastly superior to the UFO series that i am playing now.

I am just not sure how much i would like it since its purely turn based, I like the hybrid thing UFO has going on.

No the whole game is actually real time, But when something new happens like an enemy gets spotted or such the game pauses to let me modify my troops actions. I can also pause and unpause whenever i feel like by hitting space bar.

Once i modify my plans the game unpauses and runs in real time until i pause it again or something else unexpected happens.

Had Fallout 3 for about two weeks, and I've already got 50 hours of play. Not to mention I've only just reached "Waters of Life" in the story.
