Would it be ok to use one of these as my AV?

Yes, that is, in part, why he made them.

yo jeleho, they stole your idea and used cartoony style icons on the site!! but theres are in colour!

Heck, I just stole their opening flash cartoon and made icons out of it ;) I just mixed them into new combinations to come up with new ideas, that's all.

If just one of my icons inspired a change in the game, they served their purpose. Now they can just be fun avatar icons!

Awesome icons, I'm definitely going to use one  :D

I really liked the Mutation one cause I live in the South(in the US), so I'm used to seeing people like this every day:

Again, great work!   ;D

WTF is the "Star Editor"? I've never head of it...

All the icons are based on ideas the forum members had. Whether or not they represent actual things in the final Release of Spore is up to the development team. I think the Star Editor was based on the Space-Time Gravity tool that Will demoed to Steve at e3 2005, whereby manipulating gravity, you could cause new stars to form in space. This may have just been another prototype, however, and not something that will be included. We don't know yet.

But a lot of the icons are just that - wishful thinking.

i think we got enough

Actually, I wouldn't mind creating some myself. If I had the net at home, I could do all sorts of things with my trusted graphics program. but alas, public access computers are my only access to the infinit worlds of the internet...

The way Will talks about the game you'd think it'd fit on them easily ;)
