Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel
« on: August 23, 2006, 07:47:04 am »
The wheel comes out this November for $149.99 and comes with a special force feedback edition of Project Gotham 3, the press release says "while supplies last" so I take that as "for the holiday season".

I would love to get this wheel for Forza 2 but there are so many games coming out this fall and not to mentions the Wii, I think I will have to pass on the wheel for right now.  Man, GameFly is really gonna help me keep out of debt.

No, I just saw it on Joystiq Kotaku.  There was a list of accessories but this one seemed like the most interesting and I thought would bring up the most discussion because of it being $150.  If the Wii comes out at $200 that means that this accessory almost costs as much as a console (or 7 months of GameFly)!  I will mostly talk about the 360 on here because it is what I play the most (that and my DS, my brain age blows).

And if I am advertising I might be fired for saying that I was going to get a Wii instead of the wheel.

I think he was referring to your game fly commit, but game fly does save you a bunch of cash and they give you a great deal on used games too. All hail the GameFly :P

Yea, I just bought my buddy Madden 06 for the Xbox for $10.49 and that included shipping and tax.  They also give you like $5 every 3 months to use on their games.  I don't know I waited so long to use them.  I heard that Red Octane has a good service for renting games also.  And yes it is the same guys that did Guitar Hero.
