2001 is very trippy. I have only watched it once, though I doubt I will watch it again.

more like, 2001 "explained"
I have been told
not by one but two of my lovers
that I've got a heart of gold
but I'm unable to share it with others
They call me a poet who'll never have a poem
a tiger with no taste for bone
I'm the wonderful wonderful wizard who's waltzing alone

Whatever you say about 2001, HAL makes it all worthwhile in my opinion. No movie computer has ever been remotely close to him.

I like how that part of the movie is so ambiguous if you're paying attention.  Ever notice how HAL doesn't start killing until the humans plan to disconnect him?

Worst movies? Ohhhh, there's been so many. Hmmm, I think I've intentionally blocked out a lot of memories of them, but some that still make me shudder are Garbage Pale Kids: The movie, Surf Ninjas, My pet monster, and Going Overboard, which I bought on DVD to watch, and is now a coaster.

Watched a few movies lately and I'd like to add Lady in the water which actually made me laugh through most of the movie even if it wasn't its intension and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest.(It felt like re-watching Matrix Reloaded over again)

The last two matrix movies....the pokemon movies ( I saw the first one and then glimpses of the others....ugh)...Phantom Menace...xXx...Starship Troopers, because it was so far from the book(dangit, they had no power armor!)...Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy...the third TMNT...Saving Silverman was not one of my favorites...Fantastic Four, because even I was cringing at it at times...and Balloon Farm, a made for tv movie by disney...makes you wanna wretch when you have only three other channels to watch and nothing else is on.

You really shouldn't try to watch Startship Troopers as an adaptation, you miss all the fun.  :) Great movie.  ;D

Most Roald Dahl book based movies.

All except the Swedish adaptation of James and the Giant Peach with art from the awesome Ulf Lindkvist

Eat your heart out, Tim Burton!
