Gunbound
« on: March 27, 2006, 10:19:40 am »
Does anyone out there play gunbound?  I'd really like to populate my freinds list with people who aren't foul-mouthed little 13 yr olds.  (polite 13 yr olds are welcome on my buddy list.  Anyone on this site pretty much, except for pat-man  ;D :P)

I play Lightning (love-bot) with a delay avatar. (Matrix cloak, glasses, etc) and I'm a double wood Axe rank.  My favorite game-mode is Score.  i believe that double-teaming is perfectly acceptible in Score mode because the ultimate goal is to work together as a team to win.

I also like playing "random-only" rounds where everyone must choose a random bot.  I also believe in allowing all special items.  It really give the game a much better dynamic when people have the power to change wind, and use heals.

If you have no idea what i'm talking about, gunbound is a free artillary duel game in the korean-anime style.
www.gunbound.net for more info.. warning Korean-english.

I don't, but I have to comment.  Teamwork should always be acceptable in any game -_-

I had to mention that because there is a tendancy amongst gunbound players to call out "No DT!"  and "My kill!"  Which is totally counter-point to the nature of a team game.

I played that game a long time ago. Fairly entertaining for a free game, but I lost interest eventually.

I downloaded this game a few months ago, but I never could create a game ID.  The link on their site doesn't work for me. =\

EDIT: Hah, now it works. ^_^

I downloaded the game, installed it and everything... but when I try to play, I get an error message after clicking on "Start Game."
