I got the Ho-oh, I had 1 timer ball and was counting to turns in the game so I could throw a timer after the 30th round for maximum catching chance. I ended up getting an Ultra Ball to seal closed on the 20th turn.

I had the worst time with that Ho-oh. It never fainted my entire team,  but it ran out of moves and kills itself. Also, does anybody remember where Zapdos is? I forgot where it was.

You'll never know why.

Screenshots of Black and White.

Note -

Awesome new battle scene.
Much better 3D, ground seems to be less grid based.
Mart and Pokemon Center seem to be one building now.
People sprites seem to be taller and better proportioned.
You can see in the very top right that the city is circular with a path running around. I'm guessing this means that you can run around and the camera will rotate around the city to follow you? Yay for better camera tracking!
No way dude, you're trolling me.

Looks awesome, but I don't know if it still has that Pokemon charm.

Reminds me of Pokemon Colosseum and XD.

They should have used full 3D models for Pokemon in battle scenes. I think it's about time they start making fully animated battle scenes like in the Stadium series.

I can settle for the sprites, but you'd figure they can take it further.

I doubt they'd have enough room on the game cartridge.  That or they want to get B&W done with so they can make full 3D pokemon models for the first 3DS title.

Zapdos should still be in the power plant I can't remember what the route number is but from memory it's near the entrance to the Dark cave in Kanto you need surf to get to it. As for Ho-oh that was the trouble I had with it as well I destroyed it's accuracy with Typhlosion's Smokescreen then had Amphoros paralyze it and knock it down to as low HP as possible. Still took 70+ Ultra balls to catch it which meant that it ran out of PP and fainted it's self a couple of times. Even with paralysis Ho-oh can only last about 40 turns in battle.

You probably should be able to catch one yourself, what game are you using?

I can, hypothetically if i have done the forest points system in the safari zone...

But I haven't. So I am asking anyone here if they can obtain one for me and trade it is all.
No, no, he did. In the everything else section, at least. Officially, this makes him king.

Anyone know where I can find a Treeko? I'm trying to get one, but I can't request one from GTS because I have not seen one in the game. I know I can get one after beating the elite four and Red, but I'm trying to get one before I fight them.

You get him from the Silph Co. Building, him or any of the other Gen 3 starters

Well, you cannot get one until you get the national dex. So is your 'beat the elite four' the first or the second time?
