Despite initial excitement and defense, I gave up "new" spore after about a week.   I say we need a new revolutionary world-improving game design, to avoid the bad taste in our mouth left by Spore.  I have an idea...

I have to say I agree with some of the others.  This is exactly the same as the old system, except the planners write two endings and pick one based on a coin flip.  You brought up several of the old system's problems but fixed none of them.

In case you haven't heard yet, big Roman Polanski scandal, with him apparently raping (and not just in a statuatory sense, either) a 13-year old girl and Hollywood leaping in front of him to defend him.  At least two films I'm not seeing because of said debacle.
