Now that I got Terraria to update (it would refuse to before) I have been playing it. I have also been looking into mods for it. I am unsure if I want to try any of them out. Obsidian and Cmod look cool.
I heard that some Terraria mods could actually get you Steam banned. Not sure if it's true or not, but still...figured I'd say something
Anyway, I've been playing a lot of a neat little Indie sci-fi game called
Evochron Mercenary, available on Steam. You play as, as the title would imply, a mercenary. Either a hard-core mercenary mercenary, a space racer, a combat pilot, or a miner/trader. It's quite entertaining, with the plus side of being able to screw around with Newtonian physics.
