I disagree, It's not like he wears his amour every where he goes. In the beginning of Halo 2 he puts his mask back on, which means that he took it off and took a break, so at least he doesn't like...sleep with it on.

You right, he does have short hair, has to be young, and we know hes 7 feet tall, maybe partially Caucasian but i sense another race, Hispanic? maybe even Italian. I hope the master chief is tan. hes got to be, just because he hasn't seen daylight in 2 weeks doesn't mean he cant have at least a semi-tan. Hes got to be good looking, no character as big as him is ugly. Im betting my money on black hair...lol

Cortana is an AI and they only last about 2-3 years before you have to go to home depo and get a new one...That what it said in the book. I think when cortana said,"it could take years" its also a message from bungie saying, "shut up and wait"

Sounds like you have some skill Snake, i did the same.

There are some many things in halo that are so, you know, inspiring. Looking at the Forerunner planet from the Arc, getting to get a birds eye view of everything when your flying. The sounds, the creeks. They did a damn good job with the texturing and flora. However that was a little naughty of them to Put a really crappy looking texture to make it seem like its thousads of feet away. Because when i fell of the cliff during the "uncovering the Arc" thing. I was like. "holy crap! I'm falling into a very far away seemingly endle-Splat."

I really liked when Cortana and Master Chief were on the Dawn when halo was exploding and hes leaned up against that terminal, and cortana says," Do you think we'll make it?" Then Chief says back
"well make it." then cortana was like

"It's been a pleasure serving you John." That was awsome. It really gave out a finally and ominous tone. She never called him by his name before. He's been called Spartan, Cyborg, Master Chief, Chief, the occasional Spartan 117, Handsome, lol, and Reclaimer, but nobody ever called him by his real name. It seems like behind the mask there really is a John in there. I bet he's in his late 20's and has black hair. He has a really deep voice, only people leaning towards african American have that kinda voice. What does the chief look like?

This is unrelated but important...
I have an enough Live cards to last me about a year, but, My 360 is upstairs and i have a wireless router. The 360 has no USB port so i cant plug in a receiver and stringing a 60 foot cord along the celling only to realize that the "wireless" router has no plugs for it is a pain. If anyone can help me I'd be in debt for like...forever. I have halo 1,2,3 and have been missing out.

Do the halo 3 servers have populated "zombie" games. The one where the zombie has a sword and has to infect all the players. That is the best game ever. I played like 40 rounds of that with all my friends and never got tired. Another question i have is, Is forge popular? i did it with my friends and we didnt have enough players to make it a decent games. I did make a house out of crates though...its been my dream ever sense halo 1

Wait? a planet that mass produces sentinels...that sound awful like on of the Halo books. That is probably like the forerunner home world or something. Sense the ark is the "mother of all halos" its more then possible that forerunner were centered around in that area. If you played Halo 3 then you remember the last level. That was the most useless piece of junk ever created. It was nothing but panels as far as the eye could see. I felt that i was driving on like a keyboard. I think its some sort of Forerunner Panel land.

I never played marathon before, but i just read a little synopsis on it on Wikipedia and it seems very much like Halo 1. even though they were most likely inspired to make Halo from marathon, i think that they are trying to forget their past.

I gaurentee that Bungie is going to sell the rights to Halo 3 ending to either an author or another gaming studio. Better yet, they may be doing what Bethesda is doing, leaving the series alone for the time being and focusing on a new series only to return years later. The time between the end of Halo 2 and the start of Halo 3 is told in a comic book.  Bungie, right now, is filthy rich, and if Halo fans and nerds keep buying the books and comic books i think their company will survive the decades to come. Im sure they could make a great game with 2 million dollars. Who knows, maybe some time in 2014 when the finish their new game series they will return to the Halo series and well finally see what happens to Master Chief...Like cortana said," It could take years."

I swear i counted more then 2 cents man, lol

no! I loved the Halo series, now its gone forever. The reason why the Halo movie is in halt is because Peter Jackson is demanding a bigger budget then what bungie can offer him, and because fat 'ol peter things he owns the Licensing there not gonna be a Halo movie until we find a compromise. Fire the fat bastard, if i was bungie i wouldnt pay him the 1.7 million dollars i just made for budget just so he could screw the hell out of just like he did the Lord of the Rings. I would like a Halo the includes Johnson, Cortana (and knowing peter) Master Chief. Fire the pig, Im not shooting Halo in New Zealand.

STOP! do not read this post if you have not beaten Halo 3 on Legendary.

When we left Master Chief he was drifting in what was left of Forward unto Dawn with Cortana. Never returning to earth, he is presumed dead. The Ark has closed due to the blast from the New Halo and the only means of escape is by sending out a distress beacon. Master Chief is left stranded, somewhere in the galaxy frozen in a Chryo Pod. A distant sun comes into view and we see distant planet looming nearby. Suddenly the sun reveals the planet and illuminates it entirely, we see a pattern of lights. Showing that the planet is highly civilized. Worst of all we instantly hear extremely ominous music in the background and He and Cortana are slowly drifting to it.

Is it a new hostile Species? Some sort of Super Forerunner Death Star? What do you think this deathly Fore-shadow means?
What will happen?

Masked the Spoilers

Duno man, they are expensive. Which is why Inflation is pretty Gay. Anyway, I actualy got a new computer instead of a graphics card. The old dell just doesnt work for me anymore. As for anything under 150$? Your looking at a ATI Radeon 9100 IGPn at best.

Awww...LadyM...Darn, i swore i coulda...darn...ah well...lol :D

Why would they be defending the city? They are after all firing missiles into the very heart of it. Does that need to be run through and "confirmed" or can it be deciphered through a little bit of common sense? Most of the screen shoots taken of spore in that age are battle shots. Its the highlight of that age, Or the best way to get people buying spore.

Wow Kidsoldier, thanks for going that extra 27 feet in translating my small text, I played Alto for 5 years, so I'm not that bad. Never practiced much, but i can swing, how about you?

Anyway, If you could have a filter system that goes by author or genre. Like If i wanted DarkDragons creatures on my Spore i would put a check next to his name :) but say i went, Oh plank of wood is very talented, but i dont like his style of creature i would leave it blank. You could also put your creature in some sort of genre. That would be nice. Anyway, I like your style protoavis, the problem is, Say Blulightning has a really really good creature that was taught and mentored to play exact like him, but i could be really ugly. lol. Anyway, if you just clicked a button and sent it off your planet and replaced it with Tavenknaughtlin really sick looking but not as taltented only-played-it-for-like-4-minutes-before-his-computer-exploded creature. Then you would be kinda being cheap. You take this hardcore creature and replace it with a really stupid one, you could cheat that way. So if you could examine them online then select them, that would be nice.

Was this post too long?

When the creature editor comes out, wouldn't it be cool if you could edit it somehow? I mean because its coming out for the very first time im sure there will be bugs and vulnerable parts in the system you could edit. I recently bought a new Alto Saxaphone and even though its actual matter and metal, it still has some of the same qualities, the cork was dry, the keys were stuck. It still like an 800 dollar sax and it was worth the money. Its got a really nice tone, I played for like 2 hours yesterday, its great. You get the same thing with virtually anything new. I wonder if this will be like a Beta thing for them, I mean, has anyone even heard about them testing out the game. Its like when you reread over a paper, If the writer re reads it, he probably skims and leaves a few mistakes in his text, however when somebody new reads the text, They comb over it and make sure they get out all the bugs and knots in the game. Which reminds me of another pointless story, but I'll spare you from that. Anyway, back to the topic. With spore having a strong possibility of bugs which of course is based off speculation (did anyone hear anything about beta testing, or even alpha? Private testings are real though, I',m sure hes just being sensative). Awww. Anyway, If you were playing spore, and you find a bug or error. In what ways would you kill yourself. Try to be as humane and un-explicit as possible.

Are you kidding me? im using a 1 month old Pavilion Laptop running Windows Vista Premium. It can run all my games waaay better then on my Windows XP on my dell. It can run any game i want twice as good with Direct X 9. or 10 which ever one the latest is, i downloaded it 5 minutes ago. If my big dell cant run this, the laptop can. Spore doesnt use anything fancy does it? Anti-analysing or Bloom?

Or a poorly placed city entrance. Is there any news about moving parts of your city? Like if one of your buildings is so terribly placed that people cant get in?

Lol, they are like 3 feet away from being beached. I could just swim over there and jump on in.

The ships are really small, even to fire cruise missiles, and the ridiculous distance from the city is silly too, But that probably the designers fault. You could always make the ship bigger in the vehicle editor and im sure that hes just sacrificing distance over damage. Im sure you can place a "long range" weapon on a vehicle to give it that artillery effect. Different weapons do diffrent stuff right?
