No, neither.  It actually disintegrated.  I saw it this morning on the news.

I'm glad I just finished building my 0,75m lead/2m concrete  400m2 bunker. Now I just need to finish installing the cold fusion reactor that I've been hiding since I was 9.

Technically it is a meteorite if it actually hits Canada. If it only flies over it it is a meteor-ay.
