In panel two if hatman was a nice person then he'd have just like, grabbed the dollar signs out of the speech bubble and given them to the robber.

(he was only mugging people to feed his family)

But that's an incredibly personal decision Melvin. He very well may be drawing casino guides right now. He has no obligation to tell us if he's drawing that.
