Unhelpful/Incompetent information desk people can be so infuriating. They could at least have some knowledge of the surrounding area even if it's not part of the facility they are supposed to give out information on. Even worse are the ones that barely know anything about the area they are giving out information on. I mean isn't that supposed to be their job?
