That'd mean that the game would have to recognize the player character as a non-player character. You'd have to put a considerable amount of effort into even making that possible.

I'm not really super knowledgeable in computer programming, but considering how messed up the game can be sometimes... again, I wouldn't be shocked if the program's integrity was really that bad.
