Topic: Accidental deletion of in-game creatures

Recently I reviewed my creations and deleted several creatures. One of mine was in my game, but after the deletions I noticed that it wasn't there anymore.                                                                                                                                                   After the initial creation of that particular creature, I made a modification and saved it separately. I then deleted the first one. It was the first one that was in my game.                                                                                                           
I then realized that by deleting it from my creations page, I had deleted it from my game as well. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

If you ever delete anything that the game used in one of your save games, the game will automatically replace the deleted item with a random item.

Thanks for the information. That makes sense as a Maxis creature appeared in the place of the creature that I deleted.
