Pat, filling the forum with racist bilge to be edgy isn't some bold stance against "political correctness" or "people offended by words."
It's god-awful and mean to people who've done nothing to you.
It's also a guarantee Steve will nuke this place the next time he so much as glances at it...

We live in a heavily wooded area, and deer are a common presence on the road.
I've had to maneuver around some,
but I've come across surprisingly few if any "deer hit by car" incidents myself.
Seen a lot of dead possums though.
Poor little guys.

Rysworld, those look like they're probably incredibly delicious.
Legally Mandated Disclaimer: I am not necessarily the best judge of things that look delicious.
(e.g. I once almost choked on a ball of metal I thought looked delicious when I was a young child)
But I will also say my understanding of "what is or isn't delicious" has become much more sophisticated as I've grown,
and this safely falls within the known rubric for is.
Either way, good work!

Pat, that’s awesome!
A friend I’ve know since elementary school got super into hiking about a year and a half ago. He did this extended walk which I believe took him across several states along the Atlantic coast. The daily updates he posted always impressed me. I think the trail is relatively well known in hiking circles (likely one of these: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Long-distance_trails_in_the_United_States) but I don’t remember the name. Either way, I got him a pair of binoculars ahead of the trip.
I also drew some comics about hiking a while back, but I can’t speak to their accuracy.
