**EDIT**
Also, I'd like to remind you all that I predicted this months and months ago. I told you I was an analyst. ::)

Looks awesome, if not a little too similar to Phantom Hourglass. When the hell do we get a new Wii Zelda though :-\

I really hope it continues the Wind Waker/Phantom Hourglass storyline instead of just having another random adventure in Hyrule and further confusing the timeline. The introduction of trains is interesting.... is the Zelda universe beginning an industrial revolution? It would be cool to see some more steampunk stuff in this game as opposed to the usual fantasy romp.

YES!

I thoroughly enjoyed phantom hourglass and I'm glad to see more coming. I just wish they'd release a DS Zelda without a massive expanse of land/sea and actual explorable land.

I thought you said there was a new Zelda game? That trailer was for Phantom Hourglass. Except with a train.

I don't know how you got "Steampunk Zelda" from it.
Not a winner anymore.

The trailer also seemed to show some kind of robot Link was using for puzzle solving while it could just as much be magically animated armour it does look a bit like a steam punk robot.

Those was the phantom knights from Phantom Hourglass, or at least creatures similar to them. Link having control over them, as well as Zelda acting as... well, a Princess, gives me reason to believe this may be a different Link and Zelda than the Wind Waker/Phantom Hourglass one.

There was statue control in Twilight Princess and also to a lesser extent in Wind Waker. That had better not be their hook.

Who ARE you kidding? Did you never play Majora's Mask? And this game too doesn't look like its in Hyrule either seeing as there's well... land....
No, no, he did. In the everything else section, at least. Officially, this makes him king.

That raises an interesting idea, maybe we'll finally get to see how Terminia has changed (or was before we knew it)  since we last saw it. I wouldn't mind returning to the parallel Hyrule.

It's a sequel insomuch that it's on the same time line Split as Phantom Hourglass. It's set a hundred or so years after Hourglass, so it's a new Link and Zelda.

this game is pretty fantastic
it starts of really slow and lame but it really picks up after the 1st dungeon

the train driving also seems pretty dull at the start but they keep adding new stuff to it untill there is never a dull moment

I loved the ice dungeon. The whole thing with the icey boomerang freezing the water and the firey boomerang thawing the snow was pretty cool.

Picked this up today using gift cards only a small way into it but so far I like this games Zelda and how they make her much more apart of this game. Especially when You're in the main temple and she says how she will stay in the lobby as it's tradition for the princess to wait for the hero. It even takes her a moment to even process the idea of going on the adventure her self.

Ditto on that account I like how it clearly became more important to her than saving the world. I'd laugh so hard if you get to the end have to fight the demon king in Zelda's body but the battle mutilates the body so badly Zelda can't use it again. We shall wait and see.

Well, I finished the game. One of my best first run throughs of a Zelda game, I only lacked two hearts by the end.

The final boss was rather underwhelming for me. I was expecting/hoping for something different then what was presented, though there was decent challenge to it.
