He seems to be missing the pupils in his eyes. Maybe that's why I have been constantly running into walls, the hedgehog is blind I tell you.

Nah i just wanted to go for a very simplified look. I had it in one color but that was too simple so I just added a simple shade

Edit: done some more work with the tablet and started drawing some random characters

not very proud with the first one but the second came out decently enough

It'll take you a while to get it.

Also, I've been working with sprites lately.

Who are you again and why in the world would you expect anything resembling rationality or civility in youtube comments?

Still not getting it.

Also you might want to turn on antialiasing on your paint bucket tool or something so you won't get them nasty whites around your lines.
Either that or turn it off when doing the lines I suppose.

Although I'm probably one of the last people to be judging art, instead of using the bucket tool you might try to create a layer with lines and a layer with color. Placing the color layer underneath that of the lines will allow you to fill it in using the brush tool without deleting or covering up the lines.

Yeah or that. I just use the bucket because I'm lazy.

Oh maybe it's a scanned drawing.

Also yeah if you don't feel like paying or pirating photoshop people say GIMP is a great alternative.
