Title: They made me turn off my 2G cellphone.
Post by: PatMan33 on May 24, 2020, 09:55:58 pm
5G and all that ****, yeah I get it. Burn those towers down, boys.

But in 2016 they forced me to turn off my 2G razr flip phone. WTF is that ****? I feel like it is a pretty obvious ploy to force me to use a device that can be more easily spied upon. Do you get this? Can you wrap your head around this ****? They want me to get a smarter spyphone for their convenience and I find that ridiculous. I need my smartphone less and less anymore which is good, my hope is to be without a cellphone again ASAP. But man is it tiresome to watch their tricks. And then to see how the phone companies themselves are in on the game. Load of crap.

Unless you're using TOR or some other internet encryption I'd be surprised if Google doesn't already have all the important data they need on you already- moment-to-moment location is rarely that important to a given company or organization. Even then I'd be surprised if governments and tech corps didn't run TOR nodes of their own that'd be easier to keep track of, or run some of the available VPN services.

But yes, it is basically a given that somebody somewhere has all of you down to your soc. Hopefully you're lucky enough to not be in that group but... you're accessing an unsecured website reading this post. I think it's worse than you think if you think it's not possible for them to get an in that way.

This is true. Even HTTPSeverywhere isn't engaging for this taco of a website.

Wait are you guys not accessing this website on a computer? Something something no, the children are wrong.
