I'm still way new to this video editing stuff, and at one point it stopped rendering.

Thanks for not completely mocking me. :D

Got it for 360, and it feels like mass effect 2.
Not saying that's a bad thing, but it does.

It's fun. Two handers are stupid awesome.

Oh, and I guess I wasn't the only one to think this:

I forgot we had this thread.

Last weekend me and some of my friends went to a pokemon mall tour.
I'm the youngest of the group at 23, but we were not in the minority at the event. It was actually a lot of teenagers and early 20 people.

Anyway, We brought as many DS carts as we could, and got a whole bunch of celebi's. I had 2 carts, but one of my friend had like 8 from all our other friends who couldn't make it.

Oh, and we also did the event thing there had got a few door prizes.
After collecting some stamps I spun a wheel, and got a Tepig. Woot

Fink, what realm do you play on?

IceCrown

human warrior? are you thinking that for some reason its best to start with something as generic as possible?

Yes.

No, not really. I just always play human (I don't know why)
And I like hitting things with a sword.

Well, it took like all night to patch :P

I've already played some though. The play-before-it's-done-patching is rather cool.

My guy is named Fiink (some lvl 17 has my real name :()

Sigh, I can't think of a name I like that isn't taken.
I bet most are, but still...

Also, all my RL friends are on alliance.

Soooo, yeah...

The die hard City of Heroes guy... has died.

I picked up WoW tonight.
Yes, I said picked up. I have never played it, but have always hated it for slowly killing my MMO of choice.

But, since I'm at lest taking a break from CoH, I thought I would try it.

Am I totally late to the party? (That's a joke)
Since they revamped the world, I figured it would be a good time to jump in.

I'm going to play a Human Warrior  if it ever finishes patching.

Any advice for a total noob? :D

Ok, so me and my friends server had a backup problem. In all we lost about 2 hours of work.

Anyway, this is what my friend is working on:

He lost a good amount of the wall.
We have the server take screen shots of the world every once in a while from above.

Here is how he is getting a long since I saw it last:

(Cropped it so you could see what I'm talking about)

I wish I could log in, but the company who runs our server won't let us patch it ourselfs. They have to do it.
I'll post what I've been working on later (It's not as cool though)

I've seen people mention this on the forum before. There's a method built-in already but it's not very well known.

Quote
Hold F1 and press F2. The newly generated screenshot can be found from your minecraft settings-folder. F1 will hide the HUD and F2 will take the screenshot.

WinXP
C:\Documents and Settings\%username\Application Data\.minecraft\screenshot

Win7
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\screenshot

Thanks!
I Printscreen + paint and it works. Don't know who would buy fraps just to take screenshots.

Oh yeah, fraps cost money.... meh

So, I haven't posted much in this thread, but me and some friends are renting a server.

Spent the last 3 hours making a tunnel in a tunnel.
On a related note, how do you guys take screen shots? Printscreen + paint doesn't work.
Fraps I'm guessing?

I'll post some pics later.
