In my timezone it is still March, but I'm starting the thread early so we have a repository for the internet's jokes, japeries, shtick, clowning, pranks, and general all around comedy lies as we find them.

Apparently 4 different companies made up fake cryptocurrencies as April Fools pranks. I'm going to go ahead and say at least three will be real and part of regular trading by May.
