Don't say no to free games.

I don't think anyone answered me last time, is the Sims 2 worth letting Origin on my computer?  I've never played the Sims.
Probably not a Goat, either.

If you've never played the Sims then I guess it all depends. You don't want to just pirate it? It'd be free in that case, too.

I think if you're coming in raw then absolutely, TS2 ultimate edition is an awesome way to jump in.

I don't want to pirate it, even from EA.

Don't say no to free games.

Say no to Origin.

Really though, the only reason Sims 2 is free is because they want people to sign up for Origin.

I honestly don't understand why Origin gets the bad rap it gets.  If I remember correctly it was pretty awful when it first came out, but over the last few years I've never had an issue with it.

For me it a bit of a trust issue. I trust EA as far as I can throw them pretty much. But the other aspect is that I do not need one more stupid vendor/download service. I have to many of them already.
Check out my Creatures.

It's the same for me. I don't trust EA enough to buy any more EA games, but if I get one for free, eh why pass that?
