Everything Else / Help with laptop

Hey people, I'm not dead yet.
Okay, so I have a problem with my laptop. It's a lenovo X61, which has a fancy monitor that doubles as a tablet to draw on, with a special pen that comes with the tablet. This has worked very well for years, but... once I upgraded to Windows 10, the pen stopped working. I already tried various wacom newer tablet drivers, believing it's a compatibility issue, but none seem to work. I tried to get help on lenovo's website and their forums, but the forums are dead and the support feature there is a cruel joke (it just keeps linking me to their FAQ after asking me to fill in details about my laptop for ten minutes). I also can't roll back to Windows 7, because the option is missing in the software settings (where it's supposed to be).
So now I'm at my wit's end, and I thought since you're a smart bunch, I thought it couldn't hurt asking you. Even if you don't know, maybe you can point me in the right direction.
It sucks, because this thing costed like a small fortune, so buying a new one is not really something I'm looking forward to.
