The first letter is either an E or a B, and the last letter is an L

Yes. I think it's a square, but other than that I'm stumped

if we figure out what make it is then that will give us a brilliant idea of what kind of machine you'll need to power this and the letter is a P

yea, when I looked at it through windows media player step by step I could see in one or two frames that the lattering looks vaguely like the Dell logo with the titled E, so it could be an older model Dell comp. but most Dell logos have a circle, not a square. I'll check the Dell site to see if theres any models with a square, dunno.

Maybe steve would know? I think he was in that room although I don't think the camera showed him when it showed the audience a few brief times.

well if anyone could get the logo for every scandanavian , american and northern european companies that would be great!

easiest way would be to look at online stores.

and I looked at Dell and ALL of thier logos are a circle with the word Dell in it, so its not a dell laptop, maybe Bell? dunno.

Easiest way is actually to ask Will, fortieth easiest might be to see if Maxis/EA has any strict deals with any PC/laptop producers. Could always be non-stock, either designed for Maxis/EA or homemade.
