Topic: ever met a gaming steve forum member in a different forum?

when i've registered to other forums their have been a couple times when i've received a pm saying "her i know you from the gaming steve forum" because i use the same avatar pic and sig with all my accounts. At the moment i am only in two forums, here and i occasionally pop into the cracked forums to rant about stuff but i usually offend people so i stay out quite alot.

has anyone else here ever spotted someone in a different forum whose by finding someone using the same name and stuff as they do here?

No.  Then again I don't go to big forums.  This is my most dedicated forum I've been to.

They'd run brutus out one of the plant forums I visit (not the carnivorous plant one) with pitchforks and torches if he showed up with that signature there. I am still under my old screen name in the sc4 community sites but I almost never post there anymore.

I mostly stay in the trees and conifers section as those are the things I am interested in but we have 60 year old ladies who wander in from the butterfly section. MY language scandalizes them often. I just recently turned 21 but I think I am the youngest regular poster there.

Though I suppose it would be a mistake to think of them as that delicate, because I have seen said 60 year old lady tell a troll to shove a "redwood stiffy" where the sun does not shine. It was the most hilarious post ever coming from someone like that.
