Topic: Delegation of Unified Powers (DUP)

Seeing as there are only a few alliances, and lots of people that want to join each one, i think that another alliance should be made. So here it is, the DUP. There are only a few requirements for joining:
*The trading of all technologies that benefit the populace as a whole (you do not need to share military technologies, but you are open to do so. It would help in a time of war, if one species is behind in technology than another).
*Open borders to all of the races in the DUP (if one race are living under a different races government, they must follow the laws of the foriegn government as much as they can).
*You must respest all races in the DUP, excluding no one.
This alliance is open to anyone. Power will be equal for all.

//Greetings, we represent the Alliance of Fates. We have decided to join your alliance. You may not have heard of us however, not many have as of yet. We believe we can be of great assistance to your new Sect. Respond with your answer on this line.//

//The Kangorians have received the DUPs message and are intrigued by your proposel, we must ask though, if we joined would you attempt to stop us from searching for our enemy ,The Organic Kangorians, if not then we would be quite happy to join you, we could share our drone technology and the mechanazation process.//

//The Delegation of Unified Powers gladly accepts the Alliance of Fates into our organization. On the same note, as long as the Kangorians follow the laws stated above, then they are welcome. Seeing as we have gained two new powers, we will begin the voting process (OOC: we are currently a democracy, and will vote on which government the alliance should take). Following the voting of governments, we will then decide on which agencies/organizations should be created and which race will head them.
Personally the Forthi propose the government form of a Delegation (all races are equal with one race speaking for the entire Delegation. This race could be kicked out of that position with at least 2/3rds of the entire Delegation wishing to be rid of the speaking race. One faction of the military has all species integrated, while the races are able to keep their own segregated military. If i didn't explain it well enough just say and I'll try to reword it). Any other proposals are welcome (explain your system if you made it up or if someone hasn't heard of that system).
