Ah, the stage. So empty, yet so full. So big, yet so small. So sincere, yet so easy to type a whole bunch of really pretentious parallel clauses about.
But that aside, watching live theater in person (or participating in it) can actually be an amazingly fun and exhilarating experience if it's done well.
Mind you the majority of my theatrical experience has been with watching or participating in High School and University productions, but it always feels special whenever I can get close to it in any capacity (professional or otherwise).
So, anybody have any favorite plays/stage productions? Favorite playwrights or performers? Productions they want to see? Productions they've worked on?
