Africa
Mali: Expands westways
Nigeria: Loses land to Guinea
Guinea: Gains land
Madagascar: Expands over the island

Asia
India: Takes some land back from Sri Lanka, and expands Eastways
Sri Lanka: Loses some land to India
Nippon no Kaifuku: Kaifuku takes Taiwan
Shanghai: Loses Taiwan to Kaifuku
Beijing: Expands Westways, loses land to Korea in the East
Hainan: Expands Westways
Korea:  Gains land off of Beijing

Europe
Norway: In a pretty outstanding development Norway and Sweden form the Scandinavian Coalition of Democracy, short the SCD
Sweden:  Form the SCD with Norway
Finland: Interested to join the SCD
Fourth-Reich: Expands Westways, and takes land off of Poland
Poland: Lose land to NSU and Fourth-Reich
NRF: N/A
NREP: Move more into North Africa
NRI: Expand to the North, repopulate Corsica
Pan-Slavic Coalition: No gains or losses could be granted
GMR:  Lose some land in the southwest of turkey
New Turkish Republic:  Take land in southwestern Turkey from Greece

Your picture is blurry.  Again.  How are you saving them and uploading them?

PNG is easy.  You can save as that in paint.

And it should be 2037.  And there is a whole mess of mistakes in your description, or in your picture, whichever is based on the other.

No. JPEGs create artifacts. Continued modification creates more artifacts. More artifacts eventually leads to utterly useless image that looks nothing like it did before, occasionally the moment it's saved as JPEG, for the first time.

You have to specifically save it in a different format, at least in Paint. I've had image.png.jpeg happen.

When you type PNG, it becomes a PNG in name only.

It will stll compress like a BMP, GIF, JPG E.T.C.
