Let me first say that this is going to take me about 50 edits to complete.

1) First album you owned/purchased?
Paradise Theater - Styx

2) Most recent album you purchased?

...And Justice For All and ReLoad - both by Metallica (purchased at same time)

3) First live show?

4) Most recent live show?

Styx (same live show mentioned as answer to previous question)

5) Most overrated musician?

6) Most underrated musician?

7) What's your musical guilty pleasure (i.e. name a musician/group that your gut tells you you shouldn't like, but you do anyway)?

Rage Against the Machine

8 ) Let's say you could go back in time and bring any one dead musician into present times? Who would you pick?

Cliff Burton

9) What's your poster-child "band that broke up too soon"?

Rage Against the Machine

10) Pick your dream band -- at the very least, vocalist, guitar, bass, drums. If you want to include a second guitarist, keyboards, theremin, lute, xylophone, whatnot... live it up, but you gotta start with the basics.

11) Name one cover version of a song that whups the ass of the original.

12) Speaking of covers, name a song that always struck you as a great song if done by someone else.

13) Pick a dream collaboration, i.e. artist A working with artist B.

14) Best album cover art? (No Spinal Tap references)

15) Fat Elvis or skinny Elvis?

Fat Elvis (for comical reasons only)

16) If all four Beatles were still alive, would they have cashed in on a Millenium reunion concert?

17) Will there EVER be a more unrealistic movie moment than Peter Frampton and the Bee Gees beating up Aerosmith in the "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" movie?

18) Bono has been mentioned as a candidate to head the World Bank. Would you let Bono manage YOUR finances?

Probably not, considering that A. he's rather unqualified, B. I don't think the World Bank should even exist, and C. I have no finances to manage

19) Would you let MC Hammer manage your finances?

(See answer's to previous question)

20) Lastly, the infamous "desert island" question -- pick five CDs you'd take with you to a desert island. To add to degree of difficulty, no Greatest Hits allowed.

...And Justice For All
(I have to think for a while about what else)

Here's the kicker. Fable was the main reason I bought a frickin' XBox. So, in the end I ended up wasting over $200.

I'll look forward to the review. I'll also see what I can find on 1up about those two and make my decision from there.

I think I should heed your advice. I fought literally for months to get Fable. And in the end, I ended up wasting my time.

I did have a Gamecube, but I traded it in and used the EB store credit to buy an XBox. This, of course, was before they announced a whole lot of the good games for it. The new Zelda game, for example. Shortly before last year's E3, I believe. I'm really starting to regret that. I'm not an FPS fan and outside of that genre, there are probably 5 noteworthy games for the XBox. TES 3, practically the only reason I keep the thing, is also available for the PC. Another game for the XBox, Fable, lived up to about 20% of its hype. I was very disappointed by that. Especially when you consider that Fable was the one game that won me over when buying the XBox. I may get Halo, but that's still up in the air.

In short, unless you're a hardcore FPS fan, I would not recommend getting an XBox.

Edit: I own an XBox and a PS2, by the way.

Just wondering what everyone has. My bet is that "A PS2 and an XBox" will get the most votes.

As for olive oil, they can generally squeeze three batches from a group of olives. The first is called extra virgin olive oil, then virgin olive oil, and the third is just olive oil.

I don't play very many FPS's, but I would imagine that would be kind of weird.

Now there is two games that absolutly must get when they come out. Spore and Oblivion.
I could not agree with you more. Wouldn't it be really cool if Spore came out for the XBox2, by the way? I would never have to leave my bedroom.

I could not really care less. (OK, so smite me.) My mom, however, well, not so much.

I don't play any MMOs (mostly because of the whole monthly fee thing) but have been thinking about picking one up. Which would you guys recommend?

If anyone is REALLY into politics I found this game for you!

I tried it a while ago and thought it OK, but I have since started boycotting Ubisoft and traded it in and got like $5 US for it at EB.

Constantine looks really good, but my mom is afraid to let me see it because she says that it might be sacreligious. Does anyone know wether or not it is?

My favorite shows are, in no particular order, as follows: Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, Smallville, Mythbusters, Monty Python's Flying Circus, and 24.
