Portable Games / DS for birthday

So I just got a DS for my birthday. I got Call of Duty 4 but I am probably gonna trade it in since I already have it for Xbox 360.

As a big fan of science fiction, I felt it appropriative to try and start a discussion about the biggest science fiction writers there have been, especially since there seem to quite a few fans of the genre here.

I don't have anything specific in mind for this thread, just the general discussion of the writers life and their books, what peoples favourite books are and the like.

Anyone else agree? Pikmin is one of my favourite Nintendo franchises, and it would be interesting to play it with the Wii's control scheme.

You fight as the ultramarines in 13 missions and possibly three other chapters online (1 imperium and 2 chaos).

Everything Else / Zombie fighting tactics

As the topic implies, what would you preferred tactic (or overall strategy for that matter) be to best counter an zombie outbreak?

My tactic relies heavily on the hope that at least a couple a some what capable force with proper transportation (choppers, APCs etc.) are alive to clean up the city streets. Tanks and road blocks would stop the zombies from getting out (as well as survivors but I will get to that in a minute) and there by preventing further outbreaks (if the infection is localized). As before mentioned soldiers in APC's or choppers would move in and take out as many zombies as they can while they spot and help survivors until proper evacuation can be secured.

1up has a preview up for Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles, for the PSP. Not only will this game contain a graphically enhanced port of the PC Engine Duo's Dracula X: Rondo of Blood but also the original game and - are you ready for this? A straight port of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night complete with widescreen support and a new improved translation.

How do like those apples?

It is a SRPG (Strategy Role Playing Game) from Level 5. It does take a few liberties with the real story *cough*.

Ninja Gaiden is coming to the PS 3.

Well I'll be a son of a ninja, that's a Xbox exclusive moving to the Playstation. Don't see that everyday.
