Would you suggest the novel 1984, i bet manny of you have read it, it looks fascinating. i know manny of you can inder great boredom when reading, if you think this book is to boring for a person with a finite attention spann please tell me, thanks alot for your advise i am confident it will serve me well.

does anyone know anything about Shaolin Kung Fu? after i watched this documentary, National Georgraphic - Myths & Logic of Shaolin Kung Fu http://tv.peekvid.com/s1934/(i really suggest this its awesome) I cant get enough of Shaolin Kung Fu, so if you have any cool videos about Kung Fu please post them.

Spore: General / a question that must be asked

Remember that in the origanal GDC 05 video they show your creacher in the water and they said that you can bring a species to sentence and everything wile still having a animal live exclusively in the water? Now what I have noticed is that they have said absolutely nothing about this during e3 and no one that I recall have asked the question of creachers in watter, also it was not showed during any of the videos. Could it be that they took this part out of the game? or is it that they just were not don with that part and seance no one asked they did not tell anyone. Anyway does anyone have an answer regarding this? anyway it gets you thinking.

What arcade games is everyone playing? I got marble blast ultra and am really happy with that, and i did try geometry wars and i don't know if i want to buy it, is it much better if you have the full version?

Console Games / Oblivion achevement glich thingy

I got my XBOX 360 and oblivion and its so awesome but there is one problem, I had a minor problem retrieving my gamertag so i just made a new profile so i would do that later, i played throw the sowers and got the first achievement then later i fixed my gamertag issue and copeyed the game to my new profile with the gamertag, all is well except the achievement i got on the other profile did not carry over so what i am wandering is do i have to redo the sewers if i want that achievement? i know that sounds confusing and its not really a big deal anyway i was just wandering.

Spore: General / Goverment Types, Religon, Protesters?

Do you think you will be able to contrule what religion your city has? or what type of government they have? Will they protest when you go to war? Can there me revolts and civil war? I remember in the GDC video Wills animals did react to him making a building and he said they react to what you do does it go further? Steve said something veg about this he said that you would be able to take out your opponents leaders that means you must have leaders right? I think all of these are possibilities and it would be cool if implemented. Is there any info on this? What are your thoughts on the social interactions at the city stage and beyond.

Spore: General / The tipping point

From the moment i saw this game i wondered if at each level if there is a "tipping point" a point were you are fairly unbeatable and shortly after you go on to the next stage. In the micro stage its when your little amoeba is unbeatable, in evolution i guess there is not one, in civ stage it will probably be when your tribe is the most dominant, at the city stage it would be when you have taken from 1/4 to maybe 1/2 of your planet and there are no other nations that can effectively attack you, i guess in theory in the space stage there is no tipping point because there is always a bigger federation of planets someone else made that can challenge you but who knows.

Do you think there will be tipping points in every stage most importantly in the space stage? I think it would be beyond cool if there was no tipping point in the space stage that way you could play almost forever.
