Looks really good over-all...though I admit the more I see how catoony this game will be kinda makes me like it a little less . Personal prefrence I wish it was just a bit more realistic the world & characters look like claymation from Gumby ( That ages me ) ..also was it me or when he pulled out to the galactic level the Galaxy lost some of it's grandure from the GDC 2005 video ...looks really dumbed down which is disappointing 

He he they have great attention to detail though I mean the sun even has sun flares ...man can't wait to see more in the next week !

Finally was able to see it and i am soo excited!!! Just seeing it flying over the ocean reminded me of some biology textbooks i saw as a kid. Like its some little Galapagos planet or something. This is going to be so cool!! Now i really understand why it is massively single player.

The real question now i have is what do all those buttons in space mode do. I hope it gets explained at E3.

- Algorithmic generation seems to be capable of producing truly exotic worlds that maintain a certain theme.

I think the exotic worlds are what I liked the most about this video, we'll have to wait to see how other elements and stages of the game have been improved, and how do they even work, but in this video they have made a very good job showing to what extent you'll be able to make very different planets. There's one planet where the "atmosphere" is kind of pink, and so are the oceans obviously. About cute vs realistic worlds, I think they made the conscious decision to show "cute" planets in this one, but you'll be able to make realistic worlds as well.

Yum, nice download at 4720kb/s (which is ofcourse 590 KB/s.. Some people just never use proper capitalization when indicating download speeds..

The whole UFO thing, I love the format mat so much more now, it makes me think of Star Trek shuttles. It looks far more easy to control...especially the tractor beam.
