It's also up on their page
http://www.pcgames.de/?article_id=450001, probably not the entire article, but they call Steve an industry veteran. What's intersting is that some comments are not sure if Steve is reliable

You know, if I didn't go here as often and didn't listen to the podcast, I might not believe that guy that quotes "unnamed sources at Blizzard". BUT the overall impression is that this news bit is real. They then go on flaming about other Blizzard games deserving a sequel (namely Star Craft vs. Diablo). They should listen to Steves podcast more often and they'd know that SC2 is far far away

The news was released on the 6th of Feb, so I guess the article is in the Feb issue of PC Games (3/2006) with TES 4: Oblivion on the cover. You can even download it as a pdf for 3 €
http://www.pcgames.de/?menu=0300I do not really like this mag btw. They were Germanys biggest PC gaming mag (don't know if they still are, but they are still pretty big), but very formal and stiff imho. BUT and that's probably why most comments don't consider Steve unreliable, PC Games is pretty reliable and have most facts straight. (Though they used to have some "exclusive pre-release tests" (reads: we played an Alpha for half an hour under developer supervision....but they stopped doing that)
The same publisher (Computec, one of the big German gaming mag publishers (the other one's IDG basically)) also publishs the German EDGE btw (which is getting better and better (just translations though, but that's fine imho) every issue).
