About a day since the intro post, an hour or so from the rest.  Go with the second one.
Nefarious?  Nearly.  Ne’er-do-well?  Never!  Neither nearly names this narrator.  Naive and knowledgeable, notorious and inscrutable, this nascent Nero is known naturally as Neoadept.

DMB, I am flattered that you want to do a story segment with me.

However I warn you, do not be offended if I decline when you decide to tell me.

Little, its up to you to reveal what you want to about your guy's past, Lucius just gets to see disjointed thoughts.
Sam is basically right, he's just cranky.

I think the thought Lucius should see are: A HUGE thing with alot of tentacles,a guy shooting my character in the back and then killing Josh's partners, a view through a sniper scope looking at Alexander Decaith, the strange man giving him the knife, the cult bewitching him, and various images of him fleeing the 'monster'.
The best person ever.  She should have won the Peace Prize.

What? No full control over children? You do realize that some of us have particular plans for those children.

Not really a story seg. but something else and it requires your permission. If you don't want to do it, that's fine, it was just something that I thought of. Bah, I'll just PM it to you.

Also, Sam! You have to tell me these things! I don't know jack when it comes to the 1899! Alright, I'll revise my historical errors, yet again.... ::)

Go to wikipedia and type in 1890s. that should give you a neat synopsis of the decade. If unsure of something, just stick it in wikipedia and look at its history. I did that with my reference to the electric chair.

Indeed, Sam does not know all of this. He looks it up, just like the rest of us.

DMB, if you have any trouble figuring out a way into the story feel free to have the house that had the dog dropped into it be Johns place of residence.  Otherwise it was just a random house.

I thought that was to introduce the villain of the story or a landmark?

Ok, thanks guys! I'll look up any historical references on the net if I include one. I do look up some of the inventions that existed at the time to remain accurate, but sometimes assume the wrong things..Now to revise my writings.... Forgive me guys, I'm new to RPing... :-[

It was, but since John isn't on Lucius's list of people to gather you either have to tag along with another hero or have something else drag John into the whole thing.

See kids, this is what you get when you make characters that haven't fully discovered their powers yet  :P

I most likely will not be able to post until some time on Friday afternoon.

So have fun! If you keep your current pace there will be no problems at all. :)

Soon he'll make an attempt to "use" his powers and see if it will be for the greater good...Sure it will take some time, but he'll get there.... ;)

Sorry I haven't entered yet guys. I actually was halfway through writing my entering post the day before yesterday, and then I hit preview, and lost the text.  :-\ pretty much. And By that point I had been feeling pretty sick, so I wasn't really feeling up to trying to write it again that night. Actually I just found out today I have Strep.  :( I am planning on entering the RP at some point soon, but it may take me a little longer then I expected.
What meme is relevant right now? Look, just imagine I'm riffing on that. Updating signatures is exhausting.
