Well one thing is for sure I'm definitely looking forward to the 360 price drop.

I seem to remember that it wasn't always a Star Fox game, but that Fox and the team were added at a later date.

It used to be called Dinosaur planet. I think Myamoto saw it and said that would be so cool with a Star Fox license.

Just saw the EA conference they had and I have to say there pulling out all the stops with there up coming games!

Particularly The Mirrors Edge and Dead Space caught my eye.
(There's Spore of course but you guys should already know that)

Also the biggest surprise is...Sims Animals?

Go to GameSpot's, if yesterday was any indication theirs will have the least lag.

Nintendo's conference has been very disappointing.  GTA is the only real surprise, and I'm very wary of how that's going to turn out.  Is it Rockstar making it, or it another one like the GBA game?  Would have been nice to see SOMETHING of it.  And I was pretty disappointed to see Animal Crossing looking almost identical, the city portion looked great, but then why bother with the little village bit?  It looked exactly the same as the past few titles..  Although I'm very happy to see they've brought back the proper holidays.

well animal crossing looks great

they added enough to make me want it..the voice thing...the friends...and the city ofcource

i will get it :D

and yeah...the GTA can go both ways

the pluss thing is looking really cool too...but they have to make some nice games for it

I'm looking forward to what Sony has planned now.  I would be very impressed if they're able to have a conference as boring as these two.  Simply showing some decent games would automatically make them the best of show.

But then again, I still have nightmares about E3 '06..  Hopefully they got the memo, and realise that it shouldn't be a board meeting this time.

It seems Nintendo loves the phrase "If it's not broke, don't fix it."  The rolling terrain is nice, but it should have been in the GCN one.  Meh.  Everything looks too much like the 6 year old game that was originally supposed to be on the N64, hence the poor graphics.

I was disappointed in pretty much everything but the possibilities of the new motion adapter.  Maybe we can get a realistic sword fighting game out of it.

That was disappointment, here are my thoughts

The Good:
Animal Crossing - it nice you can play as your Mii, and has 4-player co-op
Wii sports Beach Resort - Wii sports was great and I'm assuming this one will be great too.
GTA on DS - didn't see that one coming.

The Bad:
Wii Music - this one looks like it's just for little kids, there is no skill involved because you always hit the right notes. I'm pretty sure my non gamer friends would rather play rock band then wii music.
Wii Motion Plus - Wii Mote = $40, Nun-chuck =$20, Wii Motion plus = ??, How expensive will the controller get? If it's more then $5 I'll probably pass.

The Ugly:
Where's the Beef? - No big announcements? WTF! I mean there was hardly anything new announced, another Raving Rabbids, oh boy.  ::)

Final thoughts - I was really expecting more from Nintendo, they could have given us some teasers or something, there were no OMG moments. Grade: D-

I thought they were going for the opposite though, innovation?
Even most of the furniture, clothing and even fish appear to be recycled.

They seem to be focusing on the multiplayer here, which wouldn't be a bad thing..  but is there anything to do with friends when they visit your village now?  I did that once, with the DS version.  We ran around a bit, before just stopping and asking, what now?  They really need to add in activities or mini games or something you can do with other people.  Fishing in AC, even with a few friends isn't as exciting as they made out.
