thats what happened with Telecom, the internet in NZ is currently about 5 YEARS behind where Asutralia is at, and they're our closest realatives

This is known on the inside:
About a year ago EA was working on a game (I cant remember which game), but they told thier employees that they were falling behind on thier schedule, and so asked them to do alot of pre release over time so they wouldnt need to put in over time later, but when crunch time came they demanded that thier employees work even harder and put in even more over time, working thier employees REALY hard to the end. though the employees found out... from the begining they were on schedual for every milestone, if not ahead, AND THEN, EA refused to pay for the over time and screwed thier employees.

This made thier employees VERY angry and EA was taken to court and sued for MILLIONS in over time pay, this made alot of people in the industry very upset

This goes to show me how EA handels buisness, Money first

As to the release date, Ill believe only what Will says, in the latest interview with Will he said that everything is finished now and they on thier home stretch and all thats left to be done is make the things that have been taken out of schedule and make everything look polished, I do believe Will's initial guess was his intended release date for 2007 but I could also believe that EA wants the game out earlier and many things may be cut (as I had to do this to make MY game by the final milestone due date). I know EA are money hungry bastards, and releasing expansion packs later would earn them even more proffits
