IMO I Would't bother learning anything about this forum since 90% of the people here left because spore was a massive failure.
Also there is nothing you can do with your creations, at least nothing fun and meaningful.

I got the best idea for an editor. Picture this!
How about an editor that allows you to Uninstall the game and all of its useless content that takes up 10 GBs of wasted Hard Drive Space, all with the push of a single button.
That would be awesome!

"SFCGE knows Spore didn't sell as well as some people wanted, and it came in years behind schedule. And Kotaku reports that an internal EA memo said the layoffs were to "improve our cost structure, ensure quality and build schedule integrity for this studio."
That's corporate-newspeak for, 'Your games cost too much to make, didn't make enough money, plus they sucked and were late. Happy Thanksgiving! XOXO!'

Releasing a bad game doesn't actualy mean anything if they've already sold the copies.
You don't seem to understand buisness at all; When a poor, small company needs money to continue with their trade it's only natural that they'd WANT to be bought out by a larger one, it's not greed, it's simply trying to contue their buisness. The origanal Sims was in danger of being cut by the Maxis stockholders, but then EA actualy saved the day by taking control of Maxis and actualy made the Sims possible. Don't even try to critizise something which you yourself don't apparently understand.
My post above is only directed at the People who are always bashing EA for "Ruining Games", "Destroying Companies", and other non sence claims.

Its not EA's Fault that Maxis Released a pice of sh!t game. If Anything they are the onces Suffering because of the massive failure that game was, Sales wise. They took a huge capital hit. Funding the game for 7+ years only to have Maxis get Lazy and just release this dumb down game.
If its anybody's fault is MAXIS (Will Wright) For Allowing them Selfs To be MONEY GREEDY and selling them selfs to EA for the MONEY!
That's why Will Wright along with all the other 25+ people that worked on spore got fired.

The voting option appears as an ad at the bottom of the video after 10 seconds as well as the end.
Also for the voice over, at the time i did not have a way to record it because i had lent out my camera to someone who went on a vacation, and i had forgotten to record the voice over.

« on: June 24, 2009, 05:39:38 am »Its about a fictional Organization called The SafeGuard (play-on the CoastGuard). Your current assignment is to Lead the Rescue Mission to save Stranded Campers out on a planet. Unfortunately for the campers they hit a Dust Storm.

Just by both games. It's not like they're super expensive. Hell, if you order GA from EA's online store you get 50% off or something on Spore.
Exactly, because we all know that the retail version of spore sucks. I'm still not over the fact that i am not able to register my PAID version of spore because of some stupid servers that don't work. SO i have been resulted to Using my Pirated copy (which works a lot better than that DRM Suckurom crap they sold me)
I'm boycotting Maxis until they get their act together. But im still playing GA
