Yeah, I'm gonna get it, I have an unhealthy addiction to buying Sims expansion packs.

Vivec, you and Pando should alternate purchases. It works like this:

Pando buys OFB, and Vivec doesn't.
When the next one is released, Vivec buys it. (Let's call it JD)
Vivec borrows OFB and installs it, then returns it to Pando.
Vivec then installs JD and can run both using the JD CD, without having to purchase both.

I wouldn't recommend doing that, because it's probably illegal. And whatever you do, don't use No-CD cracks, those are also illegal.

But doesn't the codes you enter stop people doing that?

No, they just stop you from burning the disc. Trust me, it works.

I'll have to see if this new pack breathes some new life into my Legacy Challenge. Even without the challenge, I'd buy this pack because it was my major in College. I wonder what "freebie" you'll get from EA if you pre-order.

I think it was a mascot for your buisness.

Holy crap!  You're the pinstar who made Legacy Challenge!

I actually tried it once, but gave up on it after 3 generations and started messing around...

You and me both. Although I'll admit this doesn't sound that appealing as the others. This feels like The Sims 2 version of "vacation" (for me anyway). Personally I'm still holding my breath for pets again, those were entertaining. Although this expansion does finally bring back elevators.

Bring back elevators? When did they have them before? I know Sims1 had they teleporter, but I don't remember elevators.

I'm pretty sure it was somewhere in the expansions, but they had it in The Sims Online, I know I had one in my house  :P

Okay, they were from the Sims Online then. They had three styles, Art Deco, Modern and Industrial. They were very cool, if I have time I'll try and dig up a screenshot.

Sims 1 defiantly had teleporters which were cool they didn't take up as much room as stairs.

Thhat's the only reason I liked 'em. They were ugly anyways.

They did come up with the spiral staricase which was nice, it still took up more room then the teleporter, but it wasn't long, so was easier to place. Could use those in the Sims 2 also, making enough room for stairs is a pain.

With those teleporters pets couldn't use them

125 new objects... why do I have a sneaky suspicion that 40 of those will be new chairs?

I'm still pretty happy with my Sims 2, I'll just wait for a giant pack of about 3-4 of the expansions and then buy that.

Because they will be.

And the other 85 will be paintings.

m what I've heard, there will be almost no new home objects (furniture, electronics, ect) and that almost all of the new objects will be related to buisness.

There was the instruments, the 30 paintings to put in a college dorm and I think that's it.

It says on the box that there is "over 125 new items" there are those new Carrier awards but there are only like 3 of those that are new.
