hi I'm new and this is my first topic the janth

I would show the pic but I'm not sure how* Any way Ive made it in the aquatic stage
its almost a x betwen whale and dolphin

stats are below

stage: sea
size: about the same size as a small whale
food: mainly sea-weed but will some times eat small fish
temperament: normally quite docile but wont hesitate to attack if it feels threatened
defence-armor: hard bone-like plates on the back and fins
defence-attack: 6 teeth and horn on head made of the same stuff as the plates
appearance: green/blue skin 6 fins 3 each side the front 2 being twice the size of the other 4 head about the same size of the smaller fins with a horn/point that varies in size depending on gender&age three tails about the length of the body with jets on the end
intelligence: not that stupid and remember most things can solve most problems easily
groups: janth will live in groups of 5-10 and when the groups get bigger than that they split up in to smaller ones
planet: during this stage in the janth evolution there planet(grenenth) is largely under water but is also slowly moving closer to the sun and thus slowly losing water

it takes in water through the skin in the tail and using pulsating movements in the tail
or something simular

I'm wanting to evolve the janth into a land creature
but I'm stuck so if any one has any ideas please post them

1. The fins get huge and the tubes start using compressed air so they can fly and roost on cliffs.
2. The fins on the bottom become legs and the tubes become a defense mechanism
3. The tubes become legs and the fins become manipulators.

Ive tryed the 1st i don't really want to fly but Ive not ruled it out
the 2nd I'm not sure and the 3rd i like but my creature is rather large and i cant picture it

Ive finally decided how the janth will evolve to go on land
the 4 smaller fins will grow slightly larger than the front 2 and Will have 2 joints
the 1st near the top of the leg and the 2nd in the middle of the leg and each of the the feet will
have 4 large toes 2 at the front and 2 at the back the front fins have 6 digits that are 4 fingers and 2 thumbs
2 of fingers are opposite to the other pair and the tails can open or close the ends are used like 3 extra hands or pockets

the janth looks awesome

and it sounds pretty cool should try and make up buildings for them or weapons but then again not ALL races have to have weapons they can be already on the monster

thx Ive thought about it and I'm having dome huts
made from extremely stretchy and durable skin of huge bovine creatures that Roam my planet
I'm still deciding on outher stuff for my janth and if any get mentioned Ill sort them out a.s.a.p.

traveling
land: walks long distances or runs short distances
water: brilliant swimmer due to the tails
air: they use wood and leather gliders using there tails to steer
