I know it'll crash at some point (I'm about 17 now) but at least for this moment it's building even faster.  I'm down to 124.  It's not like my arms are real skinny or anything either, I got adequate muscle it's just no fat whatsoever.  Each year I'm just getting more and more energy than the year before.  I just went for four days w/o any sleep.

And good for you, at least you can say you tried.  Most people won't even do that.

Of course, if I were in this situation I'd work on legs first.  Just jogging will help out your cardio and help you carry your weight in addition to burning off calories so that you can do the stuff like push ups much easier.  Also, jogging is an easy way to target the most noticeable places for fat, especially if you pump your arms.

funny seeing as during gym you couldnt even do one and you always skipped out on doing the 1 mile run

-I do pretty much no physical activity whatsoever.

Nice contradictions there, brah.

Also, just for future reference when trying to impress complete strangers on the internet, going four days without sleep doesn't make someone hardcore, it makes them a ****ing moron.

I said it would help, never said I did it.

And the lack of sleep isn't my choice.  Actually READ the posts next time.

Kaizer... I skipped because I didn't want to, not because I couldn't.  It started just as a dare from you I recall, and it's now just a regular thing.

Besides, you couldn't even finish.  You stopped a good minute after everyone else and you still had four laps to go.
