Very nice touch with the projectile being purple like the creature.

Did any of you notice, when the players 6 legged creatures were ighting the winged bipeds, there was a fire in the background?  I believe that was the creature stage, therefore, there shouldn't be any 'player-made' fire...so, does this mean there are wildfires?!  That would be interesting!

Could be a volcano.

Well, there have been a few (maybe one or two, I don't remember) that have stated that we DO start on the same planet (roughly the same, as in blue water and green grass and brown earth, but with different animals, vegetation and rock formations, and continental layout), so, AFAIK, yes, we do.

Anyway this video is one of the best yet. It should put a sock in the mouth to those who insist the editor is most of the game. All I'm going to be thinking about when we get the creature editor is how much i want to play it in game.

That intro is amazingly an in game cinematic.  So whatever planet you choose, it will be shown in the opening cut scene.   

Oh, and I watched it yet again, and looked at the smoke plume more closely.  If you look closely, you see little bits of debris falling to the ground, like you'd see from an eruption.

I think they can make cut scenes with unique content, like in The Sims, when you could see special events from a directed viewpont, but with your own Sims, and house area.

This would be an excellent multiplayer game, tribe, civ, even creature.

The epic creature seems to be invisible too, my guess is that it is fog of war or something, but the other creatures dont go invisible... so i have no idea xD

Yes its getting invisible. This is probaly one of the special-features like the poison-"gun" (you could see this "shot" during the creature editor). So there could be some more features..
