Nobody ever said it does produce radiation.

It may be more of a mental based power which gives a temporary brain boost or something.

I thought chaos spear was his regular attack.

In that case, use regular attack (whatever it is) and attack his head.

Kaizer, you probably should put regular or normal attack on the attacks list.
