I had that virus a while ago, but I don't remember how to fix it. (We had to reformat in the end as the countdown narrowed down to a few seconds)

It's a virus.  My advice:

-Back up everything while you still can.
-Reformat your HD.
-Get Norton Internet Security
-No more porn.

Go to START
Go to RUN

type:

shutdown -a

Hit Enter

I would look in to what is causing it though.

Check your running processes.

If you are good with computers the problem should stand out if it shows itself in the processes screen.

If it won't show itself there (It probably won't but you never know) reformat!

If it shuts down your computer, you might not finish a scan, but housecall.trendmicro.com does a pretty good virus scan for free.

Generally doesn't fix them quite as well as other programs, but it helps you find what the problems are, and then you're a google search away from a fix.

It is everyone's problem.

Even if they don't look at porn it is still ruining their computer.

THE PROBLEM IS THAT BAD!
