That is the most ridiculous looking controller ever. It gives me a headache even thinking about using it.

I like everything accept the controller. It just doesn't look right.

I actually like the controller - it looks a LOT like my logitech wireless xbox controller

I think the entire thing is ugly! and man.....ot looks even bigger than the xbox

I would be really suprised if there were not several colors available by Christmas. This thing looks like a cheap alarm-clock radio right now, it'll just clash with the Ionic Breeze and the Cupachino machine. :)

I personnaly hate the idea of being forced to use a wireless controller. The last thing I want is to have to remember to put batteries in it. sheesh. Not to mention, I've always heard that wireless devices aren't as responsive as wired ones. (mabey technology has caught up?)

I'm holding off judgement until I can see the games. I love my xbox, and LIVE is teh RoXoR \m/. But i really feel that it is too soon for xbox 2.

overall i think it looks pretty cool. i think its good that microsoft have gone down the wireless route, as long as they work ok, this is the beginning of the end for wires i feel

That's most likely not a fake. But it is ugly indeed.

I am not sure if it the xbox 360 design is all that bad. The most bizarre thing as far as I am concerned is that it is presented standing on its side. You can see the pads on the four corners of the visible side, so clearly its not supposed to be used like this. My biggest complaints with the original xbox were its size ( not unlike an early vcr ), poor first controller design ( although they got it right pretty soon after), and poor sound insulation. The games rocked though, and once you ase immersed in a game, you aren't too worried about what the console looks like. I still think there is a good chance that this is a fake. That would be a pretty poor display for the release of the 360 when you stop and think about it. We won't need to wait too long to find out though...

It's definitely a major improvement over the original and it's still smaller than the PS3. Oh and cheaper as well.

You people are way too fast to jump to conclusions! First of all, for all of you who said that it was ugly, relax, you will be able to remove the panaling and replace it with others that yopu will be able to buy! Also the one on MTV was NOT a fake! to tell you the truth,i realy like the xbox360,the wireless control is actually pretty cool,the first time i didnt like it at all but if you think about it ,its pretty cool,you dont have to wory about the cords or a mouse or rat chewing your cords(happened to my controler once)and it will look better instead of rolling your controler up (being all messy) or somethig,you could also impress your friends and people and tell them about wireless control and they would think its cool,and also the xbox360 will be realy good because ofall it can do,microsoft has realy made a good job of making things,and I REALY CANT WAIT TILL IT COMES OUT!.even if its too early to come out.and I know alot of people say they're selling there ps2 to get an xbox or an xbox360.its awesome.thanks to microsoft xbox it made me love my friends and family more because of playing together!instead of playig alone with ps2.like they say"IT's GOOD TO PLAY TOGETHER.

When I first saw this, I thought it was ugly 2 but it grew on me (unlike that god-damned PS3)
